Mary Anne Vallianatos

Mary Anne Vallianatos is a PhD candidate at UVic with the Faculty of Law. Her research interests include race, colonialism and Asian Canadian legal history. She is interested in questions concerning how the legal system reflects social biases and the role of law in the construction of race in a colonial settler state. Mary Anne is pleased to pursue her interests through her participation in Landscapes of Injustice.
