Peter Hur
Student Researcher
Peter Hur is a Master of Public Policy and Administration student at Ryerson University and has completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Society at York University. His research interest lies in analyzing Canadian legislation to determine the motivation for its creation, the impact of the law on local communities, and the lessons that can be learned from the aftermath of its implementation. His experience working with the Ministry of the Attorney General on the Huronia class-action lawsuit has equipped him with the skills necessary to interview persons from a wide variety of backgrounds. As a recent addition to the Landscapes of Injustice oral history research cluster he is excited to apply his academic and professional knowledge to furthering the objectives of the project.
