The UVIC projects, Landscapes of Injustice and Asian Canadians on Vancouver Island, in collaboration with the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria are pleased to present a community workshop, Mapping Asian-Canadian Community Stories on Vancouver Island.
Community members of all ages and backgrounds are invited to join us for this free workshop. Large maps of various locations are used to help participants share their memories of growing up in Victoria and communities throughout Vancouver Island. Free and open to the public. Registration is required. Light refreshments and access to the gallery included. (Donation appreciated)
